Whether you’re a regular or a casual customer, we’d love to have your dog along. Here’s how it works.
Regular customers
Regular customers have a standing reservation for a set day or days each week. If your dog can’t attend, we ask for 24 hours notice. No-shows will incur a day rate charge.
Casual customers
Casual customers book as and when needed. We just need approval before each booking to make sure we’ve got space and the right group for your dog that day.
New to Paws and Play?
Before your dog’s first day with us, we run a free 4-hour initial assessment. This lets us see how they settle in and assign them to the right group of friends based on personality and play style.
